About the piece Shadows

The human voice is modified by non-human voices. In a piece inspired by the song Shadows by David Darmon, on stage a singer sings into a microphone connected to a voice transformer that changes her voice in different ways and helps create a kind of shadows that are outside of the human voice. The piece was written especially for the mezzo-soprano Reut Ventorero and Meitar Ensemble members.
